Some 55kmph slalom skiers were not taken off the list

The 2006 Latin American Championships did not have the correct sanction split as it was run
under Pan Am Rules.  Open divisions are 2006LAMO and other divisions are 2006LAM.

NZ Jump speeds
I have checked the results sheet for the 06NZL04 tournament (Piarere
Jump) and confirm that Thomas Gilbert (NZL569) jumped at 51k. 
The values ending up in the 'perf_qual2' field for his 'Boys' events
should have all been 51k.
The same also applies to the other NZ 'Boys' skier Cole Mossman
(NZL583).
