Dear President,

During its meeting in Athens from October 1st to 3rd, the IOC Executive
Board has not taken any decision about the inclusion of new sports for
Athens 2004.
The item was not on the agenda because many other more important problems
have to be faced by the IOC in this moment.
It is foreseen and hoped that the item will be on the table for the IOC
Executive Board in Lausanne on December 10-12th.
During these days in Athens Andres Botero and I have found ever more support
from the Greek political and sportive side for our sport and its inclusion
in the
Olympic Games in Athens 2004.
Our efforts to become Olympic continue. We keep promoting waterskiing at the
right places and with the people that will have to take the final decision.
To you we ask to continue your support, that of your clubs and of all  their
members.
