World Slalom Champion Nicole Arthur (GBR) also wants the U21 title

The flights arriving at Santiago Airport in Chile in the past few days have carried 67 of our most talented Waterski athletes from 23 Countries around the World to one of the best Waterski sites on Earth. Training and jet lag adjustments are now almost over. While you are celebrating New Year's Eve tonight, the athletes will continue the countdown to 08.00hrs on Wednesday morning, January 2nd, when the Women's Slalom Finals will commence.

The Miranda family's magnificent site here in Santiago is as good as ever today. Glorious 30C / 90Fh sunshine and a light head breeze have created perfect competition conditions. World Slalom Champion, Nicole Arthur (GBR), looked in very confident form this afternoon.

Storm Selsor (USA)

Storm Selsor (USA) also performed well in practice under the watchful eye of the famous Jack Travers. His son Jonathan Travers has to be a hot favorite to take this World U21 Slalom Title later in the week but it will be a tough battle.

Adam Pickos (USA)

Legend Cory Pickos (USA) is also here with his young son Adam and he will certainly be a strong Tricks title contender. The names which will most likely dominate the sport of Waterskiing in the decade ahead will be the ones on the Podium next Saturday and Sunday. Watch this space for daily updates.
