The German Waterski Federation and the Waterskiclub Alfsee/Rieste e.V. herewith invite all member federations of the IWSF to the IWSF Cable Worlds 2002 Championchips, which will held on September 06-08.2002 in Rieste, Germany. Rieste is in North Germany about 100 km south of Bremen and 30 km north of Osnabrück.

17:30 Grand Opening Ceremony

8:00 Preliminary rounds

9:00 Final rounds with Price-Giving Ceremony after each discipline

18:00 Closing Ceremony with Price-Giving for Teams and Combination

19:00 Banquet

200,00 SFR (Swiss francs) per skier (1,2 or 3 events)

The entry Fee has to be paid cash before the official training!

1.) by Plane: Münster/Osnabrück International Airport, located ca. 70 km from Rieste. The organizer will help with the transportation from the Airport to Rieste should be made for this service. Please fill in the Aplication form for transport, which will follow by the Bulletin No 2.

2.) by Train: German Rail (DB) to Osnabrück, then change to NordWestBahn (Destination Bremen!) to station Rieste. There Pickup service to the site (about 1 km) Please fill in the attached Aplication form for transport, which will follow with Bulletion No 2.

3.) by Car: Highway A1 Destination No 67 Neuenkirchen/Vörden, follow sign to Alfsee

Please find enclosed a EXCEL-List from the German Gouvernment. For Details please contact the German Embassy in your Country.

The official Accommodation is the International Youth Hostel in Rieste. This is situated ca. 300 m from the cableway-site. It’s a new! and good Place to stay with a fantastic kitchen (high level)! There are morebed-Rooms. Price each skier/night: 14,60 € (for other people: 19,20 € with breakfast and supper) which will paid before the official training. We booked rooms from Thursday to Monday.

Each Team we take a security about 500 €, which will paid back, when the hostel leave without damage!
